Sorry--no group sessions planned at this time. You may request this program through private coaching sessions. Group rates available for fibro support groups with a minimum of 6, maximum of 20 participants per group.

When joining FibromyalgiaHope.com's 1 Year Coaching Program entitled "Living Free of Fibromyalgia", you will enjoy long term results because you first get education, then coaching to implement the education. This allows for simple, permanent changes in your lifestyle habits that will improve your life--for the rest of your life.
Here's how it works:
All classes are taken by phone on a conference line, so that you can join from the comfort of your own home (in your p.j.'s, if you like), while you are on vacation, or even on your lunch hour.
Classes are held the first three weeks of the month, with some adjustments for holidays.

We start with manageable steps where you decide what strategy will best fit into your lifestyle. Then we evaluate how things are working and what you can keep or change to incorporate better habits that aid your body's innate healing process.
The education you receive in this 12-month teleclass series is a culmination of my past 20 years of study! You will greatly shorten your learning curve on your journey to a reducing your pain and increasing your energy.
As nutrition is a big part in your healing process, private sessions will begin with a complimentary Nutritional Assessment (self-guided Assessment for groups). You will no longer need to guess if you are taking the right supplements. You will know what your unique body needs. I also give you tools and tips that help you determine how much of each supplement to take.
Cost is $300 per Module, for private coaching. $150/person/Module for groups.
