One time! Just one night's use and I got phenomenal results! I just received 'Tranquil Sleep Now' in the mail yesterday. I got it not because I have trouble falling to sleep but recently have been having sporadic bouts of waking up around 2 or 3 pm and not falling back to sleep. I didn't feel worried or anxious just not sleepy. I would get up and just put TV on hoping to get sleepy enough and around in an hour or so could get back to sleep. However, this broken sleep would leave me really punchy the next day, dragging around, not really able to concentrate or work to my best, which really bugs me.

I have been using your other CDs for a few years now with great results. I first tried 'Freedom from Depression' which helped me feel better than I had in a long while, not so down, pessimistic.

Additionally, I have bi-lateral carpal tunnel syndrome so I have pain issues. This condition starts in the neck but the symptoms show up in the arms and hands. Anyway, to really relax the neck is necessary to release the muscles in my arms and hands. I do see a chiropractor but it's a daily struggle--is this going to be a good or bad day, pain-wise. Well, today, after having a really relaxing night's sleep, NO pain! WOW!

Oh, yes. Almost forgot. The right mattress makes a difference in your sleep, too. Now, I know not everyone--including me--can go out and purchase a new mattress every day. Here's what I did: bought a memory foam topper for my horrible mattress.

Side story about the horrible mattress: I tried to return it within the initial trial period. They asked me to allow it to break in a few more months and by that time, they were out of business. Sucks. I've been stuck with this mattress for a while. A new on is on the list.

But the memory foam topper has enabled me to endure the same horrible mattress for over 8 years. I used to sleep very lightly, couldn't get comfortable because of pain, woke up in the middle of the night unable to get back to sleep, and never felt rested.

Now I sleep deeply, dream more, rarely wake up in the wee hours, and feel rested upon rising. You can, too.

I ended up with two mattress toppers, each 2" thick, in order to take the pressure off my shoulder and hip while lying down. You may be OK with a 3" memory foam topper. Don't go for the cheap, thin toppers.

If you can afford a new mattress--or are due for a new mattress, I suggest looking at be either memory foam or latex. Try them out and see what you think.
