This tool is so handy, because when your symptoms start to improve, you really don’t miss the symptoms that have faded away, until you’re reminded of them. For instance, I used to feel terrible whenever a Low Pressure System (weather front) would be coming through. I had totally forgotten about this symptom, until I started working with my clients who have fibromyalgia. I just didn’t miss it, when it didn’t happen anymore. As you start to heal, you may think you are not improving, but this checklist will help you realize the progress you are making. And yes, you'll notice lesser symptoms as the worst ones subside, the same way your hip doesn't hurt so much if you suddenly stub your big toe. Your attention is brought to the worst symptoms first.
